When booking an appointment online, please make sure that you are booking into the appropriate clinician slot. We have several patients book into the incorrect slots and these have had to be cancelled potentially delaying when you will be seen next.
It would be helpful if you could add a brief description into the slot when booking your appointment, this will allow us to manage the screens correctly. This will also prevent unnecessary trips to the practice for patients where they could not be seen due to an incorrect online booking.
