The reception desk WILL BE CLOSED between the times of 12.00pm to 1.00pm and 5.00pm to 6pm.
The decision has been made to assist the administration staff, who are dealing with a high volume of administration work generated by patients and hospitals.
You can assist, by requesting online access, whereby you can request your own medications, book your own appointments, and check your own test results without having to call in or contact the surgery. You can also use the NHS App (same one used for covid passports) to register too.
Please remember Primary Care is not an urgent or emergency service. We offer routine appointments and sign posting to the most appropriate services, to resolve your problem.
We offer limited, on the day urgent appointments for acute or sudden onset of medical concerns only.
Please use the self-check in on the wall if you arrive for a pre- booked appointment or return after 1.00pm when we re-open the reception desk.
