Understanding a Medication Review.

Medication.

Medication is authorised on repeat for a maximum of one year and will then need to be reviewed by a clinician. As part of this review, you may be asked to book an appointment for blood tests, telephone call or a face to face review with a clinician. In some cases, you may be asked to complete an online questionnaire to help.

Medication may not appear on your online repeat list if it is due for review, it has not been stopped. You can still request this medication by adding a note to your online order or contacting the practice.

People's need for medication can change over time. If you feel that some of your medicines are no longer working for you or would like to discuss your medication, please book an initial review with one of our practice pharmacists. Please let us know if you have stopped any of your medication.
