Threatening and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated at our practice, this also includes verbal abuse on the telephone or any face to face interaction at the reception desk. We will have no other option, but to ask you to re-register elsewhere in order to protect our dedicated team.
Every day in General Practice staff across the UK receive verbal and sometimes physical abuse from the very patients that they are trying to help, who are doing their best to give support and advice, in what is still for the NHS a difficult and challenging time with limited resources available.
