On the 4th of December our telephone lines will change, don't worry the number remains the same.

We have found that patients are waiting in the call queue unnecessarily, either because they have selected the wrong option or they are ringing at the wrong times.

Please follow this quick guide, to help us...help you.

  • To book a routine appointment please call between 8am and 12pm or between 1pm and 5pm only.

  • When calling for an urgent same day appointment, you will be advised if the limited appointments have reached capacity and will be advised to then contact 111.

  • If you are housebound or over the age of 75 years, you can call the prescription line between 10am and 12pm to re-order your medication.

  • The emergency line is open between 12pm and 1pm and 5pm and 6pm.

  • Our reception desk will be closed between 12pm and 1pm daily.

  • For test results and general enquires please call between 2pm and 4pm only.

Of course you can avoid all calls or queues by registering for online access. Its easy to do, either fill out a registration form at reception (proof of I.D will be required) or use the NHS App (same one used for Covid passports ) to register and request access to your medical records, to book your own appointments , request your own medication and check your own test results.
